RiseUp Money Insights Competition Terms and Conditions
RiseUp Moments U.K Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 14570315 and with its registered office at c/o Ch. Hausmann & Co. Suite 5 De Walden Court, 85 New Cavendish Street, London, United Kingdom, W1W 6XD (“RiseUp”) is giving away a single prize of a £250 Amazon voucher (valid for ten years from the date of issuance). The winner is the person with the highest number of verified emails referred through their personal link. Closing date 11pm on 14 August 2024.
Terms and Conditions
- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18+. Multiple entries are considered one entry. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. RiseUp may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
- RiseUp will not accept competition entries that are:
- automatically generated by computer or by an automated computer system;
- completed by third parties or in bulk;
- illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
- incomplete.
- The competition starts today at 1pm on August 5 2024 and will close at 11pm on August 14th, 2024 inclusive (the “Closing Date”).
- All competition entries must be received by RiseUp by no later than 10:59pm on August 14th, 2024 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
- By submitting an entry to the competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The winner will be determined by the highest number of verified emails referred through their personal link.
- The prize is a single £250 Amazon voucher, and shall be determined by RiseUp in their sole discretion. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not transferable. Your use of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions set out by Amazon. The prize winner will receive their prize within approximately 30 days after the Closing Date. RiseUp must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation RiseUp will publish the name provided by the applicant and county of major prize winners on Instagram and RiseUp’s newsletter.
- RiseUp will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable, using the contact details provided with the competition entry. RiseUp will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted. The participants are responsible for the correctness of their contact details.
- If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact RiseUp at contact@letsriseup.com. In such circumstances, RiseUp must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- RiseUp will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy https://www.letsriseup.com/privacy/
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, RiseUp may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
- RiseUp reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition and / or these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
