Money Talk

Today’s Money Mantra: “NO QUESTION IS TOO CRAZY WHEN IT COMES TO (MY) MONEY"

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, we freely discuss a myriad of topics with our friends, from personal challenges, to our mental health and even our sex lives. However, one subject that often remains unspoken is money. The mere mention of finances can trigger awkwardness, sensitivity, and even a sense of taboo. But what if we dared to change that narrative?

First, remember this: “NO QUESTION IS TOO CRAZY WHEN IT COMES TO (MY) MONEY”.

Adopting this mantra can unlock a ton of opportunities as we aim to unravel the mystery around our personal finances.

We all have unique experiences and lessons to share, and there’s much to gain from learning from one another. So, let’s break down the barriers and initiate discussions that empower us to make more informed financial decisions.

To kickstart, here are three questions designed to spark the money conversation:

What’s your proudest money moment?
What’s your biggest financial goal?
What are you saving for?

And if you don’t feel comfortable having those conversations with your friends and family as yet, you can join the RiseUp community where we openly discuss all things money.

Let’s redefine the way we discuss money, one conversation at a time.
